Butter Icing
1/4 cup butter, creamed
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing sugar and milk
Mix in enough to get the right consistency. In the neighbourhood of 2 cups of icing sugar would be OK.
Whip it up with an electric mixer so it’s nice and fluffy.
Sometimes I use cream, instead of milk.
