Crispy Chicken Legs
This basic recipe works for just about any cut of chicken, with or without skin.
Set oven to 350°
Chicken pieces
Run chicken under water to moisten.
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup fine cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Mix together in a bowl, and coat the chicken.
1/4 cup butter or margarine (or olive oil)
Melt butter in baking dish, dredge the chicken through the melted butter and turn pieces over. Bake for 1 hour, turning once after about half an hour.
