Nana's Bread Pudding
Set oven to 325°
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Bring milk almost to a boil. Set aside and add vanilla.
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Beat eggs. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, and continue to beat 2 minutes.
Pour the hot milk in, and mix.
1/2 tbsp. melted butter
4 slices raisin bread, diced (or plain bread and add some raisins)
Grease round pyrex bowl with butter. Add bread, and pour milk and egg mixture over bread. Press down with a fork.

2 tbsp. brown sugar
Pour butter on top, and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Let stand for 15 minutes, then bake for 40 minutes.
