Elizabeth Anderson Anderson’s Chinese Chews

1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup chow mein noodles, crispy and not too thick are best
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in heavy saucepan.
Stir in noodles and peanuts and blend until they’re well coated. Drop in spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until firm.
Makes 2 dozen.
