Short Ribs of Beef
Mom used Joe’s homemade wine and said it did a fine tenderizing job!
Set oven to 350°
2 lbs. beef short ribs
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 cup red wine
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
Place ribs in casserole. Combine other ingredients and pour over meat.
Cover and bake for 1 hour. Remove lid and bake another half hour.
